Speech Central is responsible solely for the product’s functionality and provides support related to it. Our support ensures product quality – all bug reports are resolved in accordance with the Quality Policy, and all feature requests are addressed under the Development Request Policy.

As an accessibility-focused solution, Speech Central is priced to be affordable for nearly everyone. However, there is no product in any country that provides a personalized human work at this price point. Therefore, the scope of product related questions and suggestions is limited to bug reports and feature requests.

Speech Central does not provide any services related to sales, distribution, licensing, payment processing, or voice software to end users. These services are offered, billed, and supported by third-party companies, which users, as their customers, must contact directly for any related inquiries.
